You start with a deck of cards, each depicting a beast – lions, tigers, wolves and the like – that has sworn fealty to your leader. Over three ages, the goal is to deploy these creatures onto the board’s territories while respecting each kingdom’s specific decree (some areas only accept certain animal types). Every placement boosts your influence in that region; at the end of an age, the player with the majority or highest total influence scores points. After the third age, the house with the greatest cumulative influence is crowned the true ruler of the realm. The game blends hand management – deciding which beast to play now and which to hold for a later moment – with area majority mechanics, forcing you to weigh where your army will have the most sway. Rules are lean, allowing 45‑minute games even with five players, and a well‑balanced solo mode caters to lone wolves. Components are eye‑catching: colorful animal meeples, illustrated cards, and a board split into five themed kingdoms. With a BGG weight of 1.8, the learning curve is gentle, yet the strategic depth keeps seasoned gamers engaged. Perfect for fans of abstract‑themed games, territory control, and the thrill of commanding a wild menagerie. ## FAQ ### How many players can join? 1 to 5 players, with a fully functional solo mode. ### How long does a game take?
