## Description
Get ready to dive headfirst into the Festival of Masks, an expansion that injects an extra dose of strategy and rivalry into Argent: The Consortium! If you thought you'd seen it all in terms of master plays and treacherous alliances, think again. This expansion introduces a coveted new resource: Masks. They aren't just for show; they grant powerful benefits that last an entire round, acting as an engine for your boldest tactics. Imagine reducing action costs, boosting your efficiency, or perhaps giving that strategic nudge to your opponents to disrupt their plans.

The cool part is that, unlike other mechanics that might end the round, the Masks don't dictate the game's end. You can grab one, use its powers, and still have the round going, allowing for more flexible and dynamic planning. And remember, you can only sport one mask at a time, so the choice of which one to use and when becomes crucial. This mechanic adds an extra layer of tactical decision-making, where each choice could mean the difference between victory and defeat.

Furthermore, the Festival of Masks brings three cards that were previously exclusive to the Kickstarter promo pack. In other words, if you're a fan of Argent and looking for new ways to surprise your rivals and optimize your strategy, this expansion is a perfect fit. It maintains the essence of the base game, with its complexity and depth, but adds a new flavor that will make you think twice about every move. It's the perfect opportunity for those who want to explore new synergies and dominate the consortium with style and cunning.
