The purple Crew does not correspond to any of the 4
player colors (white, yellow, red, blue). Therefore, feel
free to use these exquisite Crew members, regardless
of whether they align with the color of your Player
Board.

Proceed with the preparation of the Base Game (see
pages 4-6 of the Base Game rulebook), with the
following exceptions:
· Variant Rule A
: For players seeking a more competitive
experience, acquire the Captain Board, Creature Cards, and Crew Cards simultaneously, and choose the combination of the three you want to use. This way, you can consider all variables at once! · Variant Rule B
: If you'd rather use your favorite Meeples,
starting from the last player, in reverse order, choose the Crew Meeples to use and take the corresponding Crew Card.
Occasionally, confusion may arise during the game when multiple players opt for Crew members in identical colors. To avoid this, players have the option to use a Crew of a different color, even if they don't exactly match the chosen Crew Card.

Solo Mode
E.g., if you use Crimsonaught, you discard 2 resources of
your choice from your starting resources. Therefore, you
can choose to remove 1 Fruit and 1 Coral.
Discard the resource(s) indicated on your Crew Card.
Hence, players start the game with fewer resources than the Base Game.

· Crew Cards are recommended for seasoned players
familiar with the rules and card abilities of this game.
· You can also use the 15 Crew members included in
this Expansion as substitute components for the
Base Game Crew members and just exclude the Crew
Cards.
· They are completely interchangeable with the 12 Crew
members included in the Base Game. The in-game
abilities are not affected as the Crews in this
Expansion work exactly the same as the Base Game
Crews.

1. ONCE PER GAME
You can use the ability of
your Crew Card ONCE at
any time during your turn.
2. START OF GAME
Use this ability after game setup but before the 1st player starts their turn.
· Crew Cards are single-use
cards that have the potential to
significantly enhance your gameplay when their abilities are strategically used at opportune moments. · Crew Cards can only be used once per game and cannot be reactivated under any circumstances. After using the Crew Card's ability, the card is flipped face-down. · Should there be specific conditions for utilizing their abilities, these conditions must be met first. · Using the ability of a Crew Card is a Free Action
and does
not consume an Action. · The abilities of Crew Cards are divided into 2 categories.
· Crew Cards are not Creature Cards and do not fit into any specific classification of Creature Cards (Instant Card, Continuous Card, Recharge Card, Energy Card, End Card). Therefore, when counting Creature Cards, Crew Cards are not included.

· Some Crew Cards utilize the concept of
a Revealed Time Token.
· Revealed Time Tokens are Time Tokens
that are face-up on the current Time
Track.

· Crew Cards are not Creature Cards and do not fit into any
specific classification of Creature Cards (Instant Card,
Continuous Card, Recharge Card, Energy Card, End Card).
Therefore, when counting Creature Cards, Crew Cards are
not included.
1. Albuserpent: Once per game, immediately complete an
Achievement whose condition has been met, gain the
Achievement Marker Reward and a Trophy. Achievements with
conditions that have not been met cannot be completed. Each
Achievement Slot can only accommodate one Achievement
Marker, so you cannot place your marker on a slot already
occupied by another player's marker. An Achievement
completed in this way is part of the effect of Albuserpent and
does not consume an Action.
2. Luteusaurs
: Once per game, choose 1 Energy Card from
your reserve and restore its Energy to its full Energy Limit.
This effect only applies to Energy Cards, so it cannot restore
the Captain Board's Energy.
3. Armoruber
: Once per game, gain 1 resource of choice. For
each revealed Time Token, gain an additional resource of
choice. E.g., if there are currently 4 revealed Time Tokens, you
can gain a total of 5 resources. These resources can be of the
same type or a mix of different types.
4. Skaelruleus
: At the start of the game, choose 2 cards from
the Wilderness and add them to your hand, beginning the
game with a total of 6 Creature Cards in your hand instead of

In Solo mode Scenario #3, first, apply the solo mode rules
before utilizing the Crew Card's ability.
5. Tigriske: Once per game, immediately activate all Recharge
Cards in your reserve in your preferred order. 6. Picochli
: Once per game, immediately retrieve any 1 of your
Crew members from the Map and place it next to your Player
Board. You can retrieve a Captain or a regular Crew member.
7. Crimsonaught: Once per game, for each Revealed Time
Token, gain an Egg of choice from the Supply. E.g., if there are
3 Revealed Time Tokens, you can gain 3 Eggs of your choice,
either of the same species or a mix of different species.
8. Oceatce
: At the start of the game, discard the Lock Token
from your Captain Board and immediately unlock your Captain
ability.
9. Felila: At the start of the game, immediately gain 2 VPs and
shuffle the remaining unchosen Crew Cards. Draw one
randomly, discard the resources indicated on the drawn Crew
Card, and replace Felila with the newly drawn card for this
game. If the newly drawn card has a "Start of Game" ability,
immediately apply the ability.
In Solo mode Scenario #1, instead of discarding the resources
indicated on the drawn Crew Card, remove additional card(s)
from your hand.
