## Description
If you're already a master of hydroelectricity in Barrage and have recently picked up 'The Geological Factor' expansion, get ready to upgrade your strategic toolkit! Angelo Alberti isn't just another name on the list; he's a valuable tactical asset that can shift the pace of your resource management. The real kicker here is his ability to bypass the extra or replacement costs typically associated with geological tiles. You know those annoying costs on the left side of the tiles? Angelo can sidestep them, but it comes at a price: you'll need to commit one Engineer to trigger this effect.

And here's a clever synergy: if you are playing with Mahiri Sekibo, you can actually attempt to copy Angelo's power. In this scenario, you can avoid those geological costs using only the Engineer required to activate Mahiri, meaning you don't need to deploy additional workers to make it happen. Furthermore, if you want to push your luck even further, you can utilize the XO action space to place an extra Engineer, allowing you to trigger Angelo's effect up to twice in a single round. Just keep in mind that even with this maneuver, you still have to follow the standard procedure of placing your Engineers during your main action phase.

This is definitely not a standalone product; it's a specific promotional component that requires both the base game and, most importantly, 'The Geological Factor' expansion to be playable. It's the kind of detail that adds a layer of efficiency for players who love optimizing every single move and worker on the board. If you're looking for that tiny competitive edge that separates the winners from the rest of the pack, Angelo Alberti is about to become your new best friend in the race for energy and territory!
