If you’ve enjoyed the base game, you’ll love the four brand‑new cases that bring fresh crime stories to the streets of Los Angeles, along with 200 cards that broaden investigative possibilities. The set includes four casebooks, a Chisel casebook, a solo casebook for the detective, 12 suspect standees, and four case tuckboxes. It also adds 77 case, mystery, and other cards, 35 response cards, 97 search and special cards, and 4 solo detective cards. The core goal remains the same—solve the mystery before time runs out—but now there are more clues, more suspects, and more strategic choices. The Action Points mechanic stays in play, letting each player carefully plan their movements and actions across the Los Angeles area. The cooperative nature of the game is reinforced, as players must team up to gather evidence, interrogate suspects, and piece together clues before the case is closed. Hollywood’s 1940s vibe is even more immersive with new scenario cards and audio narration that adds suspense and authenticity. For fans of investigative games with a historical twist and narrative depth, Bullets over Hollywood delivers a rich, engaging experience with high replayability thanks to the variety of cases and cards. However, the expansion can feel a bit dense for newcomers, and the sheer number of cards may require a longer setup time. Still, if you’re a mystery, crime aficionado looking to dive deeper into Los Angeles’s noir world, this expansion is a valuable addition to your board‑game collection. ## FAQ ### How many players can play? 1 to 5 players, depending on the variant you choose. ### What is the average playtime? 30 to 150 minutes, depending on player count and case complexity. ### What is the complexity level?
