## Description
Prepare yourself, prisoner, for the Dark Castle has a new and grim master! The Death Knight has risen, bringing with him a sinister cult and curses that will test your courage and cunning. 'Cult of the Death Knight' is an expansion that delves even deeper into this atmosphere of horror and adventure, expanding the Escape the Dark Castle universe with new challenges and characters.

This expansion introduces three new heroes to join your escape: the Bishop, the Hunter, and the Mason. Each is a specialist in their field: the Mason possesses brute strength, the Hunter is a master of cunning, and the Bishop embodies wisdom. With them, you'll gain access to custom dice reflecting their unique abilities, adding an extra tactical layer to your rolls.

Beyond the characters, the expansion introduces 15 new chapter cards, leading you to unexplored corners of the castle, and a new, terrifying boss: the Death Knight himself, Lord of Decay. To make things worse (or better?), there are 3 new item cards featuring dreaded Curses, afflictions that can ruin your escape plans. And don't forget the custom Cultist die, which you'll pray you never need to roll!

Featuring mechanics like dice rolling, push your luck, and storytelling, this expansion is perfect for those who already enjoy the base game and crave more danger, more characters, and more curses to face as a group. It's a great pick for fans of cooperative games with a touch of RPG and a constant challenge.
