The challenge is straightforward: the player who sees a figure shown in its original colour must snatch that piece before anyone else. For instance, if the card shows a blue piglet, you must grab the blue piglet on the table; if a purple ghost appears, the purple ghost is the target. 

For the older crowd (six‑plus), the ghost occasionally shows up in a dark nightgown. In that case the rule flips to "hands off!" – no one may touch any piece, creating a funny pause and a bit of suspense.
