## Description
Three decades after the Romans left Britain, the island is in turmoil: the Picts and Scots push inland while chieftain Vortigern hires the Saxon brothers Hengist and Horsa to defend the realm. Payment from Vortigern is meager, and the brothers' greed grows. In Hengist, you and your sibling become those raiders, competing for the same treasure tiles scattered along a coast dotted with villages, monasteries and estates. Each player controls raiding groups that move along hidden routes; part of the path is only revealed as you explore the modular board. The goal is to be the first to reach a treasure tile with one of your groups, claiming the loot.
