Here, you take on the role of a looter leader in a frantic race to accumulate as much treasure as possible. But don't get too comfortable: in this world, loyalty is a relative concept, and your opponents will try to steal your spoils at any cost. The dynamics are fast and straightforward, ideal for those who don't want to spend hours reading complex manuals.

The game flow is well-paced, divided into four phases per turn. First, you enter the Recruitment phase, where you can draw new cards from the deck or put one of your looters into play. Then comes the action: Activation. This is where you decide the order in which your characters act to maximize your gains. Interestingly, there is a second Recruitment moment before we reach the Sacrifice. And that's where it gets tricky: you can only keep up to three active looters. If you have more, you must discard some, forcing you to think carefully about who is actually worth keeping on the team.
