## Description
Get ready to take your Memoir '44 battles to an epic level with the Operation Overlord expansion! If you enjoy the base game, this one is designed to supercharge the experience, bringing the thrill of commanding large-scale armies in World War II. The big twist is that you can now play with up to 8 people, divided into two teams of four, simulating that military chain of command where every decision matters. It's the perfect game for those who want to feel the weight of being a general, managing resources and issuing strategic orders.

To use this gem, you NEED the base game Memoir '44. Operation Overlord doesn't come with its own scenarios but is designed to be used with the maps from the Memoir '44 Battle Map series, which feature specific scenarios for the Overlord mode. So, if you already have these maps or are thinking about getting them, this expansion will provide all the necessary material to put these grand battles into practice. The battle card mechanic remains strong, dictating the pace and actions, and dice rolling adds that touch of unpredictability we love (or hate, depending on the outcome!). Hand management is crucial for planning your moves, and the modular board ensures each game is a new challenge.

This is an expansion that truly broadens Memoir '44's possibilities, making games more social and strategic, especially for larger groups. If you're a fan of the series and want more depth and scale, Operation Overlord is the way to go!
