## Description
Hey there, board game enthusiasts! Check this out: Merkator: Messe Sonderkarte is a special promotional card released by Lookout Games to celebrate their 10th anniversary at the SPIEL10 convention in Essen. This card acts as an expansion, adding a new strategic element to the base game, Merkator. It costs 4 gold to play and rewards you with 5 victory points, but there's a catch: you can only use it if you've already fulfilled at least one '10 bonus contract'.

This card is for those who already enjoy Merkator and want to add an extra spice to their games. It doesn't radically change the experience but offers an interesting option for those who like to plan long-term and optimize their 'pick-up and deliver' routes. It's the kind of card that makes you think, 'Is it worth focusing on this contract to unlock this reward later?'. The core mechanic of Merkator, managing trade routes and fulfilling contracts, remains the heart of the game, and this card fits perfectly into that flow, adding an extra layer of tactical decision-making. For collectors and hardcore Merkator fans, it's an item that shouldn't be missing to complete the experience. Think of it as a special bonus for those who master the intricacies of merchant trading!
