In Q.E., you take on the role of a central bank during a global financial crisis. Sixteen 'too big to fail' companies need bailing out, and you have the power to print unlimited money. The goal is to accumulate victory points by bidding on these companies, but beware: printing too much can bankrupt your country. After the initial open bid by the leader, other players make secret bids. Once all companies are bailed out, bonus points are awarded for nationalization, monopolization, and diversification.
