What's left? Ruins, scrap, and a few mysterious 'Golden Cities' that represent the only chance for a dignified life. In Raid & Trade, you play as a survivor doing whatever it takes to secure citizenship in one of these cities. But it's not easy: you'll need to explore the map, raid buildings, and, of course, deal with other survivors who want the same thing you do. The game features a modular board, meaning every session brings a different map to discover. You control a character with a unique specialty — such as a medic, mechanic, or bodyguard — and spend action points to move, attack, or raid locations. When raiding, you find resources (electronics, tools, etc.) used to craft powerful items and increase your skill points. The cool part is that raids trigger event cards that force you to make moral decisions. Do you want to be the hero or the villain? Your choices grant perks or penalties that impact the rest of the game. To win and enter the Golden City, there are three paths: becoming an expert in your field (reaching 20 skill points), serving the city (completing three secret quests), or becoming the most influential figure (accumulating the most character points). Between trading items and fighting for territory, you'll need strategy and perhaps a bit of charisma to convince your opponents not to attack you while you gather the scrap needed for your mission. It's a blend of resource management and direct interaction, where diplomacy can be just as important as brute force. ## FAQ ### Is the game very complex? It has a medium weight (2.58 on BGG). It's not a heavy 'euro', but it requires attention to action point and resource management. ### How many people can play? From 3 to 5 players. With more players, negotiation and conflict become much more intense. ### How long does a game last? About 90 minutes on average, depending on how diplomatic (or aggressive) the players are. ### Does the game come with miniatures? Yes, the game uses miniatures to represent the characters on the map. ### Do I need to know English to play? There is very little text on the cards, and most of it is easily memorizable, making it accessible. ### What happens if I make 'evil' decisions during raids? You might gain character points or immediate advantages, but it can lead to penalties as the game progresses. ## Price Comparison ### Best Offers in Brazil - **Dalaran Games**: R$ 237,40 (https://www.dalaran.com.br/raid-trade?utm_source=boardgamesbot.com) - **Overrun Geek Store**: R$ 287,91 (https://overrungeek.com.br/produtos/raid-trade/?utm_source=boardgamesbot.com) - See all on Compara Jogos: https://www.comparajogos.com.br/item/raid-trade ### Best International Offers - **BoardGamePrices.com**: $ 44.95 (https://boardgameprices.com/item/go?source=A&storeitemid=4798661&utm_source=boardgamesbot.com) - See all on BoardGamePrices: https://boardgameprices.com/item/show/16041/raid-trade?utm_source=boardgamesbot.com
