## Description
Get ready to get your feet wet with the 'Canals' expansion for Railroad Ink! If you enjoy the base game and want to give your railway routes a new look, this expansion brings a special charm, inspired by the waters of Venice. Now, besides the tracks, you'll be building canals, bridges, and even taking gondola rides! The mechanic is simple: each round, you'll mix tiles from the base game with new canal tiles, keeping the total number of tiles the same to avoid extending playtime. The goal here is to create the longest canals and close as many open ends as possible, as each loose end costs you precious points at the end. And the bridges? Oh, they are crucial for boosting gondola scores, which are worth more points the more bridges you have in the same canal. It's an expansion that adds a delightful thematic layer and new strategic challenges without overcomplicating things, maintaining the lightness and fun that made Railroad Ink a success. Perfect for those who want more variety and a touch of romance in their games.
