## Description
Prepare to face a cosmic threat in Shadows of Brimstone: The Ancient One! This expansion introduces a colossal enemy, an ancient being from beyond the stars, emerging from the Void to spread despair and destruction. The Ancient One isn't just a giant monster; it's an entity that distorts reality itself, capable of altering time, rewriting history, and opening portals to other dimensions during combat. With its colossal sword, it can decimate entire groups of heroes with a single strike. To make matters worse, it comes with a deck of Ancient Doom cards, which dictate the reason for its appearance and grant special bonuses, while also altering the mission's failure and reward conditions. This XXL package includes the awe-inspiring Ancient One miniature, its oversized enemy stat sheet, and all the necessary cards to integrate it into your Shadows of Brimstone adventures, including a new mission dedicated to confronting this terrifying creature. If you enjoy cosmic horror and epic challenges in a Wild West setting, this expansion is a must-have to test your limits and those of your heroes against one of the game's most imposing foes.

Yes, absolutely! The Ancient One is an expansion and requires one of the Shadows of Brimstone base games (Cobalt City or Brimstone) to be used.

### Is The Ancient One very difficult to face?
It's designed to be one of the most challenging enemies in the game, a true 'boss fight'. Prepare for an intense and strategic battle!

### What components come in this pack?
You get the giant Ancient One miniature, its extra-large enemy stat sheet, all the necessary cards (including Ancient Doom cards), and a new mission focused on it.

### Is the game in English?
The expansion itself has many cards and text that require translation for you to play. While a Portuguese version exists, the translation is extensive.

### How many players can face The Ancient One?
Just like the base game, this expansion is for 1 to 4 players, working together against The Ancient One.

### Is this a good expansion for someone new to Shadows of Brimstone?
It's not ideal for beginners. I recommend having some experience with the base game before introducing such a powerful and complex enemy like The Ancient One.
