The premise is simple, but the tension is real: each player starts with a grid of 12 cards (3x4) face down. You don't know what's there, but you know you need to get rid of the high numbers and hunt for the low ones (which go as low as -2!).

On your turn, you choose between taking the top card from the draw pile or the discard pile. With that card in hand, you can replace any of your 12 cards — whether it's one that's already face up or one that's still a mystery. This is where the risk comes in: you replace a hidden card with a 3, but what if the card you just discarded was a -2? The suspense is real!

The game takes place over several rounds. A round ends when someone reveals all their cards, but don't worry, everyone gets to finish their turn so no one is left behind. The big strategic move is the column rule: if you manage to place three cards with the same value in the same column, congratulations!
