## Description
Sleeping Gods: Dungeons is the expansion that takes the base game’s adventure to a deeper level—literally, below the map. If you’re familiar with Sleeping Gods, you’ll notice that when you reach certain points on the atlas, you can choose between reading the standard storybook or opening one of six new dungeons. Each comes with a thick‑card map and a booklet that narrates encounters, puzzles, and the story that will accompany your expedition. The twist is the pace: while the base game runs in quick action cycles, a dungeon requires each player to take two actions per turn, allowing more careful movements, inspections, and, of course, the chance to stumble into traps or face monsters that are no longer just “dragon snakes.” The Push Your Luck mechanic kicks in when you decide to keep advancing or retreat before danger becomes irreversible. The experience is both cooperative and hand‑management focused, as you need to plan when to use treasure or action cards. For those who loved the base and want more narrative challenges, the expansion delivers an extra dose of storytelling, with tales that fit into the Wandering World’s lore and expand the game’s mythology. In short, Sleeping Gods: Dungeons is a sub‑aquatic (or subterranean) adventure that blends exploration, risk, and narrative into a package that fits perfectly on your table, whether you’re a campaign veteran or a newcomer ready to dive in.
