Three Sisters brings this indigenous wisdom to the table, where corn, beans, and squash work in symbiosis: corn provides the structure, beans nourish the soil, and squash protects the ground. In this game, you manage your own backyard garden, trying to optimize this ecosystem to maximize your score. The gameplay is a strategic 'roll-and-write' with a twist: the action wheel (rondel). 

Each round, dice are rolled and placed on the wheel. The catch is that the farmer's position shifts every turn, meaning the same die value will trigger different actions depending on the round. You'll have to decide whether to plant new seeds, water your crops to make them grow, or invest in other areas, such as the apiary for honey, composting to tweak your dice values, or visiting the farmer's market to trade goods for bonuses and points. 

Planning is key, as some crops depend on others to thrive (like beans needing corn for support). Additionally, you can equip tools in your shed that grant passive abilities or end-game scoring. Over eight rounds of tight space and resource management, the game concludes by scoring harvested crops, fruits, and infrastructure bonuses.
