The difference between victory and death is razor thin in this action-packed game. Preparation (Setup) You can use crew leaders and upgrade cards separately or together in the same game. The crews from the Big Rig and the Final Five expansion cannot use crew leaders or upgrade cards. During setup, neither the Big Rig nor the Final Five motorcycle crews take part in choosing crew leaders or upgrade cards, but may be played in the same game as car crews using them. Using Crew Leaders: Place the command tokens to the side to create a supply. Shuffle the crew leader command boards and deal 2 randomly to each player. Each player chooses ONE crew leader and discards the other. Place your crew leader command board next to your row of dashboards INSTEAD of the regular command board. Take a number of command tokens from the supply equal to the number of stars on the bottom of your crew leader command board and place them near you. Using Upgrade Cards: Shuffle the deck of upgrade cards. Deal 4 upgrade cards to each player. Simultaneously, each player chooses 1 upgrade from their hand and places it face down in front of them.
