A moderator, who isn't on any team, guides the game through a series of days and nights. During the day, the villagers gather to discuss, accuse, and of course, vote on someone they believe to be a werewolf to be lynched. At night, while the villagers sleep, the werewolves awaken to choose their next victim. But not all is lost for the good guys! The Seer also wakes up at night to try and discover a player's true identity, bringing a vital clue to the villagers' team. The game ends when all werewolves are eliminated (villagers' victory) or when the werewolves outnumber the villagers (hairy beasts' victory).
