Here are the special cards and their effects: Special Cards COLOURED THIEVES: You can steal an organ of the same colour as the coloured thief and place it on your body. You can steal healthy, vaccinated, infected, or even immunized organs. Remember that you cannot have two organs of the same colour. ALIEN TRANSPLANT: You can swap an organ card between two players. It does not matter if these organs have different colours, or whether they are healthy, infected, vaccinated, or even immunized. Note that no player can end up with two organs of the same colour. PHANTOM: You can swap this card with the one on top of the discard pile. You can then play that card or keep it in your hand. FAILED EXPERIMENT: This card can only be played on an infected or vaccinated organ. When played, you must choose whether it acts as a virus or as a medicine, and choose any colour for it. It can: Cure a virus, Neutralise a vaccine, Destroy an organ, or Immunise an organ. TRICK OR TREAT: Play this card on another player’s body.
