## Description
Get ready to defend your neighborhood in 'Welcome To...: Outbreak Thematic Neighborhood'! This expansion brings an apocalyptic twist to your city-building experience. Forget leisurely strolls around the block; now, zombies are on the loose, and your community needs protection! The goal is to turn chaos into order by building strategic barricades to contain the horde and collecting ammunition for defense. Each round will require you to think fast and plan your actions simultaneously with other players, much like a bingo game where each called number could mean a new threat or a defensive opportunity.

The thematic sheets aren't just for show; they introduce new scoring methods and unique challenges. You'll need to manage your resources carefully, balancing the construction of defenses with community expansion, all while trying to survive the invasion. The paper-and-pencil mechanic, familiar from the series, gets a new lease on life with the urgency of survival. Can you keep your cool under pressure, build the best defense, and still score enough to win? 'Outbreak' adds a layer of tension and urgency that will test your planning and adaptation skills. It's a great choice for those who already enjoy the 'Welcome To...' line and want an extra dose of adrenaline and theme.

This expansion is perfect for players who enjoy games with a strong thematic element, building challenges, and a race-against-time feel. The simultaneous action selection mechanic ensures the game flows quickly, even with many players. If you like the idea of building your city while defending against the undead, this expansion will appeal to you. Get your pencils and your courage ready, because the horde is coming!
