The goal is to accumulate the highest number of Victory Points throughout the game by fulfilling specific placement and resource development requirements for the WORLD Mode monuments. Setup Setup depends on how you wish to play: Standard Game: Mix the 9 Monument Cards from this expansion with the rest of the base game cards into a single deck and follow the standard base game setup. WORLD Mode: Create two Monument Card decks: one with the base game cards and another containing the 9 WORLD Cards from this expansion. Reveal the first 2 cards from each deck. Place the respective Wooden Monuments above their corresponding cards. Whenever possible, there will be 2 revealed cards from each deck.
