1. Objetivo do Jogo

In CLANK! EXPEDITIONS: Temple of the Ape Lords, you are a daring explorer venturing into the jungle to find the fabled Temple of the Ape Lords. Your goal is to collect the most points by acquiring valuable artifacts, defeating the Bronze Guardian, and gathering ape‑aratus tokens. The game ends when the Boss Marker reaches the top of the Rage Track (the five‑cube space). The player with the highest total score wins.

2. Preparação (Setup)

1. Board: Place the double‑sided board so that the side you are playing (Jungle or Temple) faces you. Flip the board over for the second game of a mini‑campaign.
2. Artifacts: Replace the usual 30‑point artifact token with the new 33‑point artifact on both sides of the board. All normal artifact rules apply.
3. Time Winder: Place the two Time Winder tokens with the other Market Items. When purchased, immediately remove three cubes of your color from the Dragon Bag. The Time Winder is worth 5 points at game end.
4. Bronze Guardian (Jungle side only): Place three ape‑aratus tokens face up on the Bronze Guardian: one cog, one monkey wrench, and one banana. Shuffle the remaining 15 tokens (five of each kind) face down, then place one at random on each marked space in the tunnels between rooms. Turn each token face up so players can see its type.
5. Gear Tokens (Temple side only): Sort the nine gear tokens face down by number of sides (three‑, four‑, and five‑sided). Shuffle each group, then place the tokens in their corresponding spaces on the board in random orientation. Turn them face up. Each gear shows one of the three ape‑aratus symbols on its face.
6. Rotation of Numerous Gears (RNG) Tokens (Temple side only): Shuffle the eight RNG tokens face down and place one face down on each marked space of the Rage Track. Stack the remaining four on the space above the track (the one showing no cubes).
7. Player Pieces: Each player chooses a player pawn and receives a personal supply of cubes of their color.
8. Campaign Tokens (Mini‑Campaign only): After the first game, award Campaign tokens based on final scores: 20‑point token to the highest scorer, 10‑point token to second place, 5‑point token to third place, and none to the fourth (or any knocked‑out players).
