In Carnegie, immerse yourself in the fascinating journey of Andrew Carnegie, the magnate who transformed the steel industry in the United States and became one of the richest and most generous men of his era. Born in Scotland in 1835 and immigrating to the USA in 1848, Carnegie began his career as a telegrapher before becoming an icon of the American dream and a philanthropist who donated millions to various causes, including the creation of nearly 2,500 public libraries bearing his name. Inspired by this story, the game invites you to build your own industrial empire. Over 20 rounds, you'll have the chance to recruit and manage a team of employees, expand your businesses across the American territory, strategically invest in real estate, produce and trade valuable goods, and establish complex transport chains. Who knows, you might even become an illustrious benefactor, contributing to the country's greatness with your actions and generosity? Each round, an active player selects one of four available actions, and other players can choose to follow that action, adding an interesting layer of interaction and strategy. The ultimate goal is to build the most prestigious company, accumulating the most victory points and leaving your legacy in history.
