In Clinic you play a wealthy owner who inherited a massive plot near New York, where health needs are sky‑high. Your goal is to build the most efficient three‑dimensional hospital and rack up the most popularity points. Each round you get three actions: constructing building modules, admitting patients, and hiring staff (doctors, nurses, and admin). Every patient arrives in a car that takes up parking space, shrinking the area left for your clinic’s expansion, so you must place everything wisely.
The tactical core is moving patients, doctors and nurses through the 3D structure. Treatment only works when a professional’s color (indicating training) matches the patient’s disease color, making route planning and placement essential to save time. Treated patients generate money, which you use to pay salaries, fees, maintenance and to buy popularity points.
During the administrative phase the board gets hectic: unattended patients get sicker, new arrivals fill the waiting room, doctors lose some knowledge about the diseases they face, and fresh graduates become available from schools. At game end the player with the most popularity points and the least total time wins. The game blends tile placement, hospital simulation, pick‑up‑and‑deliver (cars and patients) and Catch‑the‑Leader mechanics, rewarding spatial planning and quick decision‑making.
