DELVE: Biomes

DELVE: Biomes takes the already immersive solo map-drawing game to a whole new level. Now the Overseer can discover 14 brand‑new biomes, each with its own Natural Formation and Remnant tables, rare artifacts, fearsome enemies, and achievements that only show up when you truly venture. When you explore and draw an Ace, a biome appears, offering opportunities to gain valuable resources but also putting the character at risk of unexpected encounters. The expansion keeps the map‑building mechanics but adds layers of strategy: you must decide which rooms to build, which units to hire, and how to use artifacts to survive the dangers each biome brings. Additionally, each biome has specific mechanics that change how you play, making every session unique. Components include biome cards, natural formation cards, remnant cards, unit tokens, artifact cards, and a set of enemy cards. The game remains solo, but the new variety of biomes expands replayability, offering challenges that range from easy encounters in ant colonies to epic battles in the Hall of the Gods.
