About the game
What you do in a play session
Desconfio: Mentime que me gusta! is a party game where lying is the name of the game — but only if you're good enough not to get caught. Each round, players receive a secret role: Posta (truth) or Verso (lie). A Situation card is revealed, and everyone tells a story related to the prompt based on their role. Postas tell something true, while Versos must come up with a convincing lie. After the stories, it's time to discuss, question, and vote with Desconfío cards to figure out who's lying. Points go to those who lie without being caught and to those who correctly identify the liars. The player with the most points wins! The game is perfect for large groups (3 to 12 players) and lasts about 20 to 30 minutes — just enough time for several rounds of hilarious stories and dramatic accusations.
