Hey folks! Ready to build your own kingdom and then defend it from giant monsters? In Kaikoro Kingdoms, we roll dice and use the results to expand our territory, sort of a 'roll and write' with a more strategic twist. You can focus on building villages to stuff your pockets with points, recruit cool leaders to create an ability engine that helps you score more, or reinforce your defenses with shields to face the dangers. Speaking of dangers, each game you choose a different Kaiju to be the current threat! Each of these big baddies attacks in a unique way, so it's wise to stay sharp and adapt your strategy to avoid becoming monster chow. The coolest part is that the game scales for an absurd number of up to 100 players, but if you prefer a quieter game, each Kaiju comes with special rules for you to enjoy in solo mode. It's a game that gives you the freedom to play your way, whether building a peaceful empire or preparing for war. The dice rolling and die icon resolution mechanics are the heart of the gameplay, combined with the paper-and-pencil aspect that makes you record every advancement. And don't forget the end-game bonuses, which can turn the game in your favor if you plan carefully! Oh, and there are some abilities you can only use once, so think hard before activating them!
