About the game
Hey there, fellow adventurers! If you're a fan of exploring the Lost Valley and looking to spice up your icy expeditions, this mini-expansion is for you. It introduces two new triangular map tiles that add a special twist to treasure hunting and skill customization. One is 'Treasure Hill,' which makes the buried treasure mechanic even more engaging. The other is the 'Workshop,' where you can swap out your earned skills for new ones, offering more flexibility for your character.

Additionally, the expansion comes with three new skills to boost your base game. There's 'The Squirrel Hunter,' allowing you to hunt even without nearby traps; 'The Expert Miner,' making mine construction easier; and 'The Well Builder,' helping you find water in the middle of the wasteland. To top it off, there are some extra tiles (2 triangles and 2 diamonds) included to correct minor printing or cutting errors found in the original game. It's a neat way to give Lost Valley a boost, adding more options and fixing details to make the experience even smoother. If you already own the base game and crave more variety, it's definitely worth checking out!

Frequently Asked Questions
Does this expansion significantly change the game?
It's a mini-expansion, so it adds new elements like skills and tiles, but doesn't reinvent the game. It's more about polishing and adding variety.
Do I need the base game Lost Valley to play?
Absolutely! This is an expansion, so it only works if you already have the base game Lost Valley.
How many players does this expansion support?
It maintains the player count of the base game, which is for 2 to 6 players.
Does it significantly increase the game's complexity?
Not much. The new skills and tiles are easy to understand and integrate, maintaining the overall complexity of the base game.
Is it worth buying just for the corrections?
If the printing/cutting errors in your base game bother you a lot, then yes. However, the main value lies in the new skills and tiles that add more gameplay.
Are the new tiles (Treasure Hill, Workshop) difficult to integrate into the rules?
No, they were designed to complement the existing mechanics fluidly and intuitively.
