Not every hero wears a cape or seeks the spotlight. Sometimes, the real fight happens in the shadows, in covert operations to prevent the world from collapsing before we even know there was a danger. That's exactly the vibe of 'Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.', the eighth campaign expansion for Marvel Champions: The Card Game. Here, you step away from the Avengers' glamour to take on the role of tactical agents working behind the scenes of Marvel's most famous espionage agency.
In this expansion, you get access to two new playable heroes: Nick Fury and Maria Hill. Both come with pre-built decks (focused on Leadership and Justice aspects, respectively), so you can jump straight into the mission without needing to build everything from scratch. But don't think it'll be easy; you'll have to face infiltrated threats from A.I.M. and, even worse, deal with the paranoia of uncovering a traitor hidden within S.H.I.E.L.D. itself.
The content features five intense new scenarios that can be played as standalone challenges or linked together in a larger narrative campaign, where your decisions and successes impact the unfolding story. Along the way, you'll face dangerous villains like Baron Zemo, M.O.D.O.K., Citizen V, Batroc, and Black Widow. If you love the vibe of espionage, government conspiracies, and the strategy of building efficient decks to take down arrogant villains, this expansion is for you. Gear up, trust (maybe) your allies, and try to maintain order amidst the agency's chaos!
