About the game
What you do in a play session
Get ready to challenge your mind and reflexes in Mind Sprint, a game that blends the calm of meditation with the adrenaline of speed! The concept is simple yet addictive: simulate an athletics race using only paper, a pen, and a timer. Your goal is to be the athlete who gets closest to the target times in three different events. It's almost a cognitive workout disguised as fun, perfect for those looking to improve concentration and precision.
How does it work? It's a breeze! An organizer signals the start with the classic 'On your marks, get set, GO!'. Upon hearing 'GO!', you click the start race button on a timer (can be on your phone, an app, etc.) and position your pen in any lane on the starting line of your chosen event (100m, 200m, or 400m). During the race, you move the pen along the track drawn on the sheet, simulating the course. The trick is to keep the pen in constant motion, like a real athlete. When you cross the finish line, you click to stop the timer. Afterward, it's time to check the results: whoever gets closest to the target time wins gold, the second closest gets silver, and the third gets bronze. Medals are recorded, and after the three races, the player with the most medals wins. In case of a tie, victory goes to the one with the smallest total difference between real times and target times. Simple, fast, and super fun to play solo or with a group!
