About the game
What you do in a play session
Mini Rogue: Beyond the Portal is the expansion that takes the Mini Rogue heroes to another plane of existence. Imagine all the characters you already know – from the base game, the Council, and the expansions Depths of Damnation, Old Gods, Mountain of Torments, and Forgotten Guardians – reimagined by Nicolas Roblin with fresh illustrations and subtle tweaks to stats and abilities. Each may start with different points, and in some cases the main skill has been reworked to add deeper tactical nuance. And it doesn’t stop there: the expansion adds two new characters that will blow your mind – the Occultist, who unleashes a soul siphon, and the Tinkerer, a master at disarming traps. If you love cooperating with friends, testing your luck by rolling dice, or playing solo for epic achievements, this expansion will give your adventure deck an upgrade. The game still runs from 45 to 60 minutes, perfect for half‑hour to hour‑and‑a‑half sessions, and supports 1 to 4 players, ensuring flexibility for small or larger groups. The push‑your‑luck mechanic keeps the adrenaline high as you decide whether to risk more or hold back. And, of course, the expansion keeps the fantasy vibe, with monsters, magic, and settings that challenge the imagination. If you already love Mini Rogue and want more content, this expansion is a must‑have that expands the universe without losing the essence that made the original so beloved.
