The Encyclopedia Game is a blend of curiosity, bluffing, and fun for 3 to 6 players. Each round starts with a leader who picks one of the 942 quirky questions from the deck—like “why do chickens lay eggs of different colors?”—and reads it aloud. All other players secretly write down the answer they think is the most convincing, but not necessarily the correct one. The fun lies in crafting an answer so creative or persuasive that it fools the others. When the leader gathers all responses, including the true one, they read each aloud, and the group votes on the answer they believe is correct. Scoring comes from three sources: receiving votes from other players, having the correct answer, and voting correctly on the true answer. The leader only scores if no one gets the correct answer, adding a twist of tension. The game requires just paper, pen, and a question deck, making it portable and inexpensive. With simple rules and paper‑and‑pencil and voting mechanics, it fits well at parties, family gatherings, or relaxed game nights. If you enjoy testing your creativity, humor, and bluffing skills, the Encyclopedia Game is a solid pick to liven up any group of friends.
