About the game
Rage is a card game inspired by the classic Oh Hell! but with a wild werewolf twist. Each match consists of ten hands, starting with ten cards per player and shrinking down to a single card. The goal is straightforward: at the start of a round you bid how many tricks you will take, then try to capture exactly that number. Miss the mark and your score takes a hit. The deck runs from zero to fifteen in six suits, creating odd combinations and plenty of strategic depth.

Trump is randomly selected each round and can be changed mid‑hand by special cards. Some cards nullify trump, others can be declared as any suit and value when played, and a few grant bonuses or penalties to the player who takes the trick. This variety forces tactical decisions every turn, demanding solid hand management and anticipation of opponents’ holdings.

Accommodating 2 to 10 players, the game scales well for large groups and still shines in intense duels. A typical playtime is about 45 minutes, perfect for a relaxed game night. Its learning curve is gentle (weight 1.5/5), yet the tactical depth keeps seasoned gamers engaged. The only component needed is the numbered card decks—no boards or extra pieces—making it easy to transport. If you enjoy trick‑taking and careful hand management, Rage delivers a fun, twist‑filled experience that often ends in laughter when someone mis‑bids and watches their points tumble.
