About the game
What you do in a play session
If you've already ventured through the dark lands of Shadows of Brimstone and enjoyed the vibe of exploration and combat against cosmic horrors, get ready! The "Temple of Shadows Deluxe" expansion throws you right into Feudal Japan, mixing samurai, demons, and an ancient temple that became the stage for an epic battle. This box doesn't skimp on content, bringing four new hero classes for you to choose from: the Enforcer, an intimidating brute; the Geisha, a master of illusion and stealth combat; the Soldier, a war veteran with a deadly aim; and the Kitsune, a guardian spirit with supernatural powers. But beware, because the enemies are also more sinister! Face the Chochinobake, demonic lanterns that burn and bite you relentlessly; the Takobake Warriors, once noble, now tentacled monsters; the terrifying Skin Crawlers emerging from pools of slime; and the fearsome Fallen Shogun, a mutant leader ready to crush you. Furthermore, the expansion adds new missions, modular tiles that expand both the Feudal Japan setting and the "Belly of the Beast" OtherWorld, plus a ton of cards and tokens to make your adventures even denser and more challenging. It's the perfect choice for those who want more story, more characters, and more monsters to face in this already rich universe.
