Game Objective
The game Zombicide: Black Plague - Zombie Bosses adds new threats to your Zombicide: Black Plague game. The main objective of the players, as heroes, is to confront and defeat these infected war machines, which are legendary creatures that have returned with insane fury due to the zombie plague. While they are easy to spot, killing them is another story. Players must overcome these challenges to achieve victory, which usually involves completing the main mission objectives of Zombicide: Black Plague, now with the added difficulty of these new bosses.
Setup
To include the Zombie Bosses in your game, the process is quite simple:
- Add the Zombie cards corresponding to the Abominations (Ablobination, Abominatroll, and Abominotaur) to the standard Zombie Cards pile.

Actions and How to Play
The Abominations (Ablobination, Abominatroll, and Abominotaur) share some general rules but also possess special abilities:
General Abomination Rules
- Minimum Damage to Destroy: 3 Damage.
- Experience Provided: 5 Experience Points.
Special Rules
- Abominatroll:
- Can only be killed with Dragon Fire (including Dragon Fire effects).
- Has 3 Actions to spend whenever it activates and has Line of Sight to a Survivor (or more).
- After all Zombies go through the Activation Phase and resolve their first Action (including Runners and Abominatrolls), the Abominatroll goes through the Activation Phase again, using its second Action to Attack a Survivor in its Zone or Move if there is no one to Attack.
- Then, the Abominatroll goes through the Activation Phase a third time, using its third Action to Attack a Survivor in its Zone or Move if there is no one to Attack.
- Ablobination:
- Attacks whenever it activates and has Line of Sight to a Survivor (or more) in Range 0-1.
- Then, it performs an Attack on Survivors in ALL Zones in Range 0-1 that it has Line of Sight to.
- Obstacles that prevent Movement between Zones (like walls) also prevent such an Attack.
Target Priority Order
This is the priority order for targeting Zombies. When multiple targets share the same Target Priority Order, players choose which ones are eliminated first.
- Walker (1 Action, 1 Minimum Damage to Destroy, 1 Experience Point)
- Fatty / Abomination (any type) (1 Action, 2/3 Minimum Damage to Destroy, 1/5 Experience Points)
- Runner (2 Actions, 1 Minimum Damage to Destroy, 1 Experience Point)
- Zombie Wolfz (3 Actions, 1 Minimum Damage to Destroy, 1 Experience Point)
- Necromancer (1 Action, 1 Minimum Damage to Destroy, 1 Experience Point)
End of Game and Scoring

Tips for Winning
- Prioritize eliminating Abominatrolls with Dragon Fire, as they are immune to other types of Damage.
- Be aware of the Abominatroll's multiple Actions and plan your movements and attacks to avoid being caught by its repeated attacks.
- When facing an Ablobination, position your Survivors to prevent it from having Line of Sight to multiple Zones in Range 0-1, especially if there are Obstacles that can block its area attacks.
