About the game
What you do in a play session
Zombicide: Box of Zombies – Set #7: Lost Zombivors brings a bundle of 12 Zombivors, the same figures used in the Season 3: Rue Morgue base set, but with a completely different role: the "Lost." When a player draws a "Lost" spawn card, they pick any Zombivor figure that is out of play and place it on the board as a new zombie. These Lost have only one action per activation, yet they can be targeted by both survivors and other zombies, occupying the same spot in the target priority list. The spawn mechanic follows the standard rules, but the "Lost" card does not go to the discard pile; it simply disappears from the game. The unique twist of a Lost lies in its resilience: it requires 5 wounds to be eliminated, unlike normal zombies that need only 2. Each time you deal damage, it accumulates wounds—so a damage‑2 weapon inflicts 2 wounds, and so on. When a Lost is killed, the player earns 1 experience point and may loot the corpse, grabbing any weapon from the equipment deck. This adds a fun twist to the challenge, giving players a higher‑stakes encounter with a chance for valuable loot.
The expansion also includes 6 additional spawn cards, expanding encounter variety and letting you craft more unpredictable scenarios. With 12 new figures, 6 spawn cards, and adjusted combat rules, Set #7 keeps the tension high and cooperation intense—perfect for those who enjoy zombie survival challenges.
Ideal for 1‑12 players, each session lasts about 60 minutes. The game’s complexity is moderate, requiring attention to spawn rules and hand management. If you’re familiar with the base game and want to raise the stakes, this pack is a solid pick. The horror/terror theme, combined with modular board and action‑point mechanics, makes every session unique and tense. In short, the Lost Zombivors transform the battlefield into an even more hostile arena, where every zombie can emerge in its own way.
