About the game
What you do in a play session
Get ready to hit the gas in 9-Card Rally Run, a super-fast solo game where you're the driver! The idea is simple: race through all nine road cards as quickly as possible, but aim for the best score. Each turn, you'll roll three dice and decide how to use them. The number of dice you use depends on your current 'gear,' and any remaining dice can be saved for the next round (but only one, mind you!).
You have the option to re-roll dice up to two times, but be sharp: after each roll, you must use at least one die. Once there are no more dice to roll, it's time to move your car. Where you place the dice on the track is crucial! Each road card features two to three lanes (Left, Middle, and Right), and each lane requires a specific dice value for you to pass. For instance, the left lane uses dice from 1 to 2, the middle from 3 to 4, and the right from 5 to 6.
At the end of your turn, you draw a new road card to replace the one you just passed. If you manage to navigate through all nine cards and cross the finish line, congratulations, you've won! It's a dice game with a strategic twist, where you need to balance speed and risk to optimize your score. Perfect for those who want a quick adrenaline rush and enjoy the thrill of racing.
