About the game
What you do in a play session
Summer 1842: the world's greatest mathematicians are gathered at the Archimedes’ Museum of Mathematics when suddenly, the priceless Lebombo Bone is stolen! Who can solve the crime? Only Ada Lovelace, the legendary mathematician and part-time sleuth. In this solo roll-and-write game, you play as Ada to investigate the museum, using polyominoes (those Tetris-like blocks) to cover evidence on the map. Each clue collected grants you extra abilities, like moving faster or accessing new areas. But watch out: time is ticking! In five rounds, you must maximize your score by balancing how many rooms you’ve searched, how many clues you’ve found, and how many powers you’ve unlocked. The game is quick (10-20 minutes), but every decision matters. Perfect for fans of spatial puzzles with a historical twist. And the best part? It’s Print & Play, so just print and play!

Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers before you buy
Do I need to print anything besides the game PDF?
Just the main PDF and a scratch sheet for notes (or use a notes app). Regular dice are optional but handy.
Is it hard to learn?
Nope! Rules fit on one page, and the BGG weight is low (1.6/5). Great for solo game beginners.
Can I play with more people?
No, it’s solo-only. Each would need their own copy and map to compete for high scores.
How does it differ from other roll-and-writes?
The polyomino mechanic adds a unique spatial puzzle, unlike most that focus on filling grids.
Is it worth it if I dislike math?
Yes! The theme is light, and math is just flavor. The real challenge is fitting pieces and managing time.
