Embark on a cooperative adventure across mysterious seas in "Adventurous"! This tile-laying and card game lets you and your friends (or just you, if you prefer!) sail in search of secrets and wonders hidden in the ocean. The goal is to chart your ship's course using path cards, extending the journey and perhaps discovering treasures or incredible locations by meeting certain conditions. But beware! The sea is full of dangers and unexpected encounters. You need to balance exploration with safety, preventing danger icons from accumulating too much, or the voyage ends in shipwreck. Every decision matters: play a path card to advance, or risk a marvel for extra points? Each turn, the active player draws cards and decides how to extend the route or uncover a marvel. The game ends when no more cards can be played. Then it's time to tally the scores: points for paths, for discovered marvels, and penalties for visible dangers and missed marvels. For an extra challenge, special effects can complicate navigation, changing the dynamics as marvels are revealed.
