About the game
What you do in a play session
Aeon's End: Origins arrives as the seventh expansion wave for the Aeon's End universe, bringing new content revealed in past and future Kickstarter campaigns. If you're already a fan of the series, you know that each new wave introduces more challenges and options to make the game even more engaging. This expansion introduces a new mage mat with its own unique deck, and a Phoenix pet that also comes with its own sideboard and deck. To round out the package, we have 4 new market cards to boost your acquisitions and a new, fearsome Nemesis to test your defensive skills.
Remember that, like most Aeon's End expansions, Origins requires the base game to be played. The complexity remains at the level veterans expect, focusing on hand management, deck construction, and player coordination to overcome threats. Variable setup and adjustable turn order ensure that each game is unique, even with the same components. Prepare to dive back into Gravehold and defend the city once more, with new tools and lurking enemies!
