How to Play Agemonia

Game Objective

In Agemonia, players take on the role of heroes in a fantasy world, facing challenges, exploring locations, and completing scenarios to progress through the campaign. The objective is to advance the story, gain experience, improve skills, and achieve success in the proposed scenarios. Victory is determined by the successful completion of scenarios and progress in the campaign.

Preparation (Setup)

To set up the game, follow the steps below:

• Place the map in the center of the play area, with the Runedale side facing up.
• Each player should take their hero board, miniature, and place it in the Disturbed Sleep location on the map.
• Take the vitality disc corresponding to the hero's current level and place it in the upper right corner of the board, with the blue side (stamina) facing up.
• Place the stamina chips on the vitality disc, according to the number indicated.
• Take a reference card for the City and Journey steps.

Game Flow

The game is divided into three main steps, which repeat throughout the campaign:

1. City Step: Heroes visit locations, use services, and resolve city events.
2. Journey Step: Heroes choose a scenario and follow the journey steps described on the scenario card.
