About the game

What you do in a play session

At the heart of Nethermoor lies the ruined tower of Arkenspire, once the seat of power of the lich queen Szera, the Doomchild. This Altar Quest expansion takes heroes into the cursed ruins of the tower, where Szera, though defeated, still schemes her return. With the land overrun by the Profaned — a legion of undead abominations — it's up to you and your companions to battle hordes of enemies and uncover the dark secrets hidden within the ruins. The game combines deck building, dice rolling, and grid movement on a modular board that ensures unique gameplay every time. Each hero has special abilities, and teamwork is crucial to survive the challenges that arise each turn. Get ready for a cooperative adventure filled with narrative, strategic combat, and decisions that can alter the course of the story.
