Get ready for a solo challenge in Arcane Bakery Clash: Boss Bake-Off 2! This expansion adds a nasty boss for you to face, turning the game into a one-on-one battle against Rayn. Setup is super quick: choose one Rayn card, place the other two as her 'mitts,' and set up the energy trackers. The Cheesequake and Omen Biscotti recipe cards are set aside, and the rest are shuffled to kick off the action.
Basic rules from the main game apply, but with a special twist. When you deal damage, you target Rayn's mitts. If a mitt reaches zero energy, it breaks, and you deal damage directly to Rayn. You can only attack Rayn directly if both mitts are broken. On Rayn's turn, she rolls a die: if the number lands on an active mitt, she uses its ability. If the mitt is broken, she repairs it! Otherwise, she performs the mitt's action. Each die roll counts as one boss action, and the game might grant or take away extra actions. Victory is achieved if Rayn runs out of energy while you still have yours, but beware: if your energy hits zero, you lose. It's a quick and tense challenge for those who already enjoy the Arcane Bakery Clash universe!
