About the game
What you do in a play session
Autumn is an 18‑card microgame that drops you and up to two friends into a forest of falling leaves. Each card displays four leaf groups, and on your turn you must overlay the card onto one already in play, covering one or two of those groups. This stacking creates leaf paths that connect, and the end‑game goal is to control the largest continuous area of your colored leaves when the deck runs out.
Open Drafting lets everyone see the same pool of options, turning each placement into a visual duel of strategy. At the same time, Pattern Building makes you consider how each piece fits into the growing leaf mosaic, aiming to build the biggest block possible. There is no fixed board—just the expanding collage of cards—so a game usually lasts 10‑20 minutes and is highly portable.
As a Print & Play title, you receive a ready‑to‑print PDF, making home assembly a breeze. The rules are straightforward, the complexity rating is very low (1.1/5), yet there’s enough depth for fans of tile‑placement puzzles. Perfect for quick sessions between friends, a coffee‑break filler, or travel companion. If you enjoy light card games that demand an eye for patterns, Autumn might become your new autumn obsession.
