Batman: Gotham City Chronicles – The Narrows Chronicles 2: A New Eden delivers the second installment of the "Narrow Chronicles" line, presenting four adventures that let players, normally heroes, temporarily don villain costumes. Under the sway of the fearsome Poison Ivy, Gotham’s crooks clash in missions where the villain‑controlled player can pick from a range of antagonists, including alternate versions. The expansion reuses content from Seasons 1 and 2, allowing previously introduced miniatures, tokens and powers to be employed in fresh scenarios. Each mission works like a mini‑campaign with specific goals, variable phase order, and an action‑queue system that adds tactical rhythm. Players spend action points, roll dice, and manage line‑of‑sight and area movement to progress. It supports 2‑4 players, with the option for a single villain against a hero team or cooperative hero play. Player elimination is possible, so be ready to lose a hero before the mission ends. Components feature detailed miniatures, a modular board, ability tokens and custom dice. Playtime runs 60‑90 minutes, demanding attention to variable‑phase rules and variable set‑up, which changes each game and boosts replay value. Perfect for fans of Gotham’s noir atmosphere, tactical combat, and the brief thrill of stepping into a supervillain’s shoes.
