About the game
What you do in a play session
Get your artistic eye ready, because in Cubist, you're stepping into the shoes of an architect and sculptor competing to build the ultimate modern art museum! But there's a twist: your building blocks are dice. That's right,- these little cubes are your raw materials for creating stunning cubist installations.
Gameplay is all about how you manage these dice. On your turn, you roll two dice to add to your studio. From there, the real fun begins: arranging them to fulfill art commissions. Want to build something grand and vertical? Stack dice with identical numbers. Prefer a more avant-garde-looking base? Place dice with adjacent numbers side-by-side. You can also play it risky by going for high-reward commissions or play it safe by saving dice for later. If you get stuck, you can even call upon the expertise of- cubist masters to give you a boost.
Every successful installation helps you build the museum itself, bringing you closer to having your name etched on the building. It's a beautiful blend of pattern recognition,- spatial reasoning, and just enough dice-rolling-induced tension to keep things exciting. If you love puzzles that look as good as they play, Cubist is a must-play- experience that proves geometry can be incredibly fun!
