About the game
Destinies is a hybrid board game, blending the best of an app with physical gameplay, set in a dark medieval fantasy universe. It introduces an innovative narrative system, eliminating the need for a game master and placing you at the center of an epic story. Each scenario is a slice of a living world, full of engaging plots, memorable non-player characters, and mysteries waiting to be unraveled. You take on the role of a hero seeking their destiny, and the cool part is that each destiny has at least two completely different paths to victory, each with a branching series of quests. Competition is fierce as players try to steer the world towards their own ending. The game utilizes an app and Scan&Play technology to create a unique experience, packed with dynamic events and a world that changes with every decision. Each turn, you explore new parts of the map, choose a point of interest to visit, and there you discover more about the plot. Your choices on how to interact with people, creatures, or situations are super important, and the consequences can alter the state of the world forever.
