The Magna Itinera expansion takes the base Encyclopedia game to a whole new level, adding five modules that completely change how you explore and collect. The first, Legendary Animals, offers 15 cards of creatures with unique powers that can turn the tide of play. The second, Events, brings 45 cards that alter game conditions, creating unexpected opportunities or challenges. The third, Experts, adds 10 cards that grant exclusive bonuses, letting you tailor your strategy. In addition, there are three Royal Decrees that introduce thematic rules and three Unusual Animal cards that add even more variety. The full set includes an updated rulebook, specific rule cards for the Decrees, and extra components that keep the expansion’s look sleek and functional. The Worker Placement with Dice mechanic keeps the fun of placing pieces on the board, but now the choice is guided by dice rolls, adding a surprise element that fits the exploration theme. For solo players, the expansion preserves the Solitaire mechanic, offering a consistent challenge. The game stays accessible, but the added components and rules elevate the strategic depth and keep the experience fresh for players familiar with the base game.
